Warranty Coverage
All products sold on Norvia come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty starting from the date of delivery. If a covered defect occurs, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects and material faults
- Hardware malfunctions under normal use
- Battery issues (degradation below 70% in year 1)
- Charging port or connector defects
- Display defects not caused by physical damage
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage, drops, or cracks
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage from incorrect voltage/power
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
How to Claim Warranty
- 1Contact our support team at hello@norvia.pk with your order ID and a description of the issue.
- 2Our team will respond within 24 hours to assess your warranty claim.
- 3If approved, ship the product to us (we cover return shipping for valid warranty claims).
- 4We will repair or replace the product and return it to you within 7–10 business days.
