By accessing or using the Norvia website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Norvia Services SMC Pvt Ltd. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

You agree to use the Norvia platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you must not: • Use our platform to transmit any illegal, harmful, or offensive content. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems. • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from our platform. • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation. • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

All product descriptions, images, and prices on Norvia are as accurate as reasonably possible. However: • Prices are subject to change without notice. • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product. • Product availability is not guaranteed and may change. • In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order. All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

When you place an order on Norvia: • You represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. • Payment is required at the time of order placement (or on delivery for COD orders). • We use secure, third-party payment processors and do not store your card or financial details. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. However: • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. • Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. • Norvia is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer. • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.

Our returns and refund policy is governed by the separate Returns & Refunds Policy document available on our website. Key points: • You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery. • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. All content on the Norvia platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Norvia Services SMC Pvt Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our platform without our prior written permission. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted provided you maintain all copyright notices.

For clients engaging Norvia for digital services (web development, mobile development, digital marketing, or AI solutions): • All service agreements are governed by individual contracts signed between Norvia and the client. • Intellectual property ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment. • Norvia retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted by the client. • Service timelines are estimates. Norvia will communicate delays promptly and work to minimise impact. • Any third-party tools, APIs, or services used in project delivery are subject to their respective terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norvia shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. • Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account. • Product defects beyond those covered under our warranty policy. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Our platform and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on our platform.

Your use of Norvia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
