How to Return an Item

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with a return authorization.

Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address. Share the tracking ID with us.

Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refund Methods
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Refunded within 1–2 business days.
- Bank Transfer: Refunded within 3–5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
